It’s all the essentials of Sched, and it’s completely free. Whether you’re new to Sched and aren’t sure if you’re ready to commit to a paid plan, holding a breakout meetup in between conferences, or simply need a centralized itinerary for your event information, Space is here to get you organized.
With Space, we’ve taken the most fundamental features of Sched and paired them down more succinctly to create a quick and easy to use, at-a-glance schedule for your event needs. And again, it’s free to create and use a Sched Space virtual conference, festival, itinerary, and more.
Space is ideal for any meetings or events with 15 or fewer sessions, and 20 or fewer speakers or presenters. Participants will be able to filter through your schedule by session, print the schedule as a whole, sync your conference’s entire schedule with their calendar, and share event and session information via social media platforms. Highlight your speakers with detailed profile pages including photos and bios.
Best of all, there’s no need for any participants to log in, create their own schedule, or set up a profile within Sched, which means less time you’ll need to spend trying to answer support-type questions, and more time you can put into organizing your conference, festival, outing, or training.
