Executive Personal Assistant

At Sched, we thrive when our people thrive. We are currently looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to be the supportive force to our CEO. If you are looking for your run-of-the-mill assistant role, this is probably not for you. Yes, our Executive PA will support the CEO in a day to day capacity, but it will be so much more. We need you to be an extension of our CEO, creating more space for him to focus on the business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Meet Marvin. Marvin is busy, like really busy…about as busy as you’d imagine a CEO of an event management SaaS company with a growing workforce located around the globe. But Marvin also cares…a lot! And caring takes intention, space, and time. These are the things that we prioritize in our people-first culture!

This role is critical in supporting Marvin and will be responsible for handling a variety of personal tasks and errands. Do you thrive in a position where you must be laser-focused on efficiency, time management, and seamless coordination of tasks and responsibilities?

THE SKILLSET

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Personal Assistant role, preferably supporting a business owner or entrepreneur.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are at the core of your abilities. You demonstrate a commitment to seeing every task through to its completion. In moments of uncertainty, you proactively seek clarification, ensuring that you not only ask questions but also retain all pertinent details for future reference.
  • Mind Reader, well okay, we will settle for you having a knack for anticipating needs. In other words, you have heard the phrase “always one step ahead” more than a few times in your life.
  • Digilent and Committed-  you handle every responsibility, big or small, with equal care and precision. Whether it’s picking up the dry-cleaning or coordinating calendars, you take pride in every aspect of your work.
  • Discrete and Confidential – you know how to handle sensitive information and are someone who operates with a high level of integrity.
  • Amazing Sense- People AND Common – you know how to engage people, read a situation, respond accordingly and discern what is important from what is not.
  • Tech Savvy with proficient precision in Google Suite and a Gmail and Google Calendar Savant (kidding, but not really).
  • As far as location, it will vary. Some days you will be WFH and others will require you to meet at Marvin’s home office, co-working location, or favorite coffee shop. Must be comfortable traveling to and working out of different locations.
  • Must be able to pass background and motor vehicle checks.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

As you join forces with Marvin to help him reclaim his time, boost his efficiency, and supercharge productivity, you’ll become a driving force in keeping our organization on the path to success. By freeing up Marvin’s schedule, you’ll empower him to dive headfirst into crucial decision-making and business growth. Your unwavering dedication will not only bolster a robust, trusting relationship with Marvin but will also involve managing personal details and responsibilities. What’s more, this role provides a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at the life of a CEO who is leading a global team.

If you’re the kind of person who gets excited by taking on challenging tasks, wearing multiple hats with enthusiasm, and always seeking new opportunities to learn, all while being the driving force behind our CEO’s journey to growth and success, we can’t wait to hear from you!
