We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who loves interacting with new people, is a rock star on the phone and is excited to help customers find the right solution for them! You will facilitate all aspects of the sales process to include identifying new opportunities, develop sales solutions, close sales opportunities, negotiate pricing, and provide outstanding customer service and follow-up.

We are looking for team-oriented people with a proven track record of success.

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, call center or inside sales experience preferred.
  • Passion for helping people with an extraordinary focus on the clients’ needs.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated: As a fully remote company, we can’t stress this enough.
  • Experience working remotely (preferred).
  • Being an articulate, confident, and conscientious communicator.
  • Having an empathetic ear and excellent active listening skills.
  • Being a multi-tasker with amazing organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Technical savvy; able to use multiple computer systems while in conversation with a client.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent sales experience.

We’re a small but mighty team. To start out, you’ll be working alongside one or two new Inside Sales Representative with ample support from our amazing Customer Success Team. As a key member of the team, you’ll follow up with all incoming inquiries and actively prospect and expand new uncharted territories. You’ll need to be energetic, organized, driven and thrive on continual growth and change.

    • Respond to inbound leads that are highly qualified and turn them into quick sales.
    • Communicate value proposition to prospects. Propose sales solutions to customers and reevaluate solutions where necessary.
    • Perform needs assessments to and conduct sales calls with potential prospects who need our solutions.
    • Provide outstanding customer service and post-sales satisfaction, facilitating long-term relationships for repeat business.
    • Identify new sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
    • Obtain new customers by prospecting and adding new revenue opportunities to our pipeline.
    • Leverage the provided sources and tools to continuously add new prospects and develop a pipeline.



    Salary is dependent on experience.
