Senior Product Manager

• Create and manage a product roadmap for a set of features from inception through implementation; collect requirements, match our OKR (objectives and key results), and drive execution
• Working knowledge of technical concepts to be able to discern impact, and communicate them to maximize clarity and drive resolution
• Define and outline new features that will be in the hands of millions of users across the globe, leveraging data and research to ensure we are addressing their needs and solving their problems
• Identify the essential qualities of each feature: what’s important, what’s not, how can we limit cost and risk?
• Manage projects using good judgment to make appropriate trade-offs when scoping and specifying solutions, ensuring that anything we build adds value to the business and continues to delight our users
• Crystallizing the product vision and working closely with software engineers/technical team to define its specifications

You are exceptional at defining product features and specifications in well-defined product requirement documents, breaking larger features into bite-sized implementation roadmaps, and working closely with the engineering team to build and scale these features. You’ll own the roadmap and justify projects against key company objectives and metrics.

You are the right fit because:

• You have 3+ years of experience as a technical product manager in a SaaS business, preferably in the events management industry.
• You’re a self starter that is resourceful and able to act autonomously, with no fear of getting your hands dirty or to be the first to tackle a challenge.
• You have a talent for engaging with engineering and have a balance to be clear in what is needed and allow the engineers to build.
• You are a storyteller that can present a compelling narrative. Someone who can communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You possess strong organizational and project management skills. You’ll own your projects and cross collaborate with our marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• You are an advocate for the customer and their experience on our site.
• You are nimble and flexible; happy to work with a range of timelines and pivot when things don’t go as planned.
• You are comfortable making difficult decisions and being accountable for them.

• Anticipated Total Compensation Range: $120,000-$175,000 (OTE)

• Location: Atlanta, GA (preferred); 100% Remote Available 
• Hours: flexible and normally 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EASTERN (regardless of where you live)
