Sched's COVID-19 Response

This time presents us with change, challenge, and opportunity, especially for those involved in organizing events. Much like all of you, Sched is looking at how the world of events is changing. We want to be of service to you, and hope these FAQs, links, and services can help point you in the right direction.

How do I manage my event virtually?
Your event can be easily transitioned to a virtual event. Access our virtual event guide here =>

How do I reschedule my Sched event site?
Contact us at support@sched.com with the subject line DATE CHANGE. Please ensure your email includes the dates you’d like your event adjusted to, as well as a link to your Sched Event site. We'll reply to confirm when your dates have been updated on your Sched event site.

Example: DATE CHANGE - example2020.sched.com - Sept 27 2020 - Sept 30 2020

The event I organized has been canceled. Can I receive a billing/invoice credit for my canceled event?
We are unable to provide refunds at this time. You can reschedule the Sched site for your event through the rest of the year, 2020, at no additional cost or fees. We are temporarily offering credits of up to 50% of your current package selection for events rescheduling to 2021. Please note that all purchases must be made by June 30, 2021. Your event does not have to occur by that time.
