Email Ticket Holders

Send unlimited email announcements to your ticket holders.


Attendees with a Ticket

  1. Go to Messages.
  2. Click “Attendees w/ a ticket.”
  3. Select the ticket type from the “Send to” drop down menu.
  4. Customize the subject and compose your message.


Attendees without a Ticket
Email ticketless attendees to remind them to purchase a ticket to confirm their event participation and schedule their sessions.

  1. Go to Messages.
  2. Click “Attendees w/out a ticket.”
  3. Customize the subject and compose your message.

When you’re using Eventbrite to power your registration, we recommend disabling account signup to prevent ticketless attendees from creating accounts before registering.


Export All Lists

  1. Go to Attendees.
  2. Click the exports button.
  3. Under “Tickets,” click the list you’d like to export. The CSV file will include the name and email of attendees.
