Engage $500/event
Includes 500 attendees, +$100 per additional 500 attendees.

The Engage plan is great for schools, internal meetings, and other small events. It allows you to publish your event on web & mobile web and includes custom agendas for attendees. It lets you to customize with CSS, embed your Twitter feed, integrate with Google Maps, and add additional branding to mobile and emails.

Includes 500 attendees, +$200 per additional 500 attendees.

If you want to take attendee features to the next level, the Reserve plan will be the best choice. This plan also includes our Check-in App for session check-in as well as Eventbrite Ticket Rules, which let you control what an attendee can add to their schedule based on which ticket they’ve purchased.

Your Reserve plan includes all the great features of Engage plus these additional features:

  • Setting capacity for individual sessions.
  • Enabling or disabling waitlists for your entire event.
  • Eventbrite integration so you can control what your attendees can sign up for based on which ticket they have.
  • Check-in App to easily manage attendance on-site.
  • Priority email and phone support ensures your event goes smoothly.

Native $2500/event
Includes 500 attendees, +$200 per additional 500 attendees.

The Native plan is the best plan for larger events and festivals. This plan includes us building custom native apps for iPhone and Android devices just for your event. The native apps have extra branding opportunities and allow users to store the data offline so it’s a better experience at your event.

Your Native plan includes all the great features of Reserve plus these additional features:

  • Our team builds your custom native apps for both app stores.
  • Unlimited downloads from the Apple App Store and Google Play stores.
  • Automatically stays up-to-date to keep your attendees informed on-the-go.
  • Sponsorship banner for web, mobile, and your daily schedule emails.
  • Allow attendees to switch quickly between your schedule, browser, email, and more.

Single Event Vs. Many Events
Single event pricing covers your upcoming event only. When your next event comes around, create a new site and purchase again. If you only organize 1 or 2 events per year, this is for you.

You can use any major credit or debit card to upgrade your plan at any time. In your control panel, go to Settings => Billing.

We accept checks and purchase orders for multi-event plans only. We don’t offer payment plans at this time.

We do have special rates available for non-profit institutions or educational organizations.
