  • How much does Shadow Sched cost?

    As part of the pilot Shadow Sched program, we are offering each participant organization up to 10 Shadow Sched sites for your Sponsors, Exhibitors and Partners at no additional cost.

  • How do I connect my Sched Event Site to a Sponsor/Exhibitor’s Shadow Sched Site?

    As part of the pilot program, a link leading to your Sponsor’s Shadow Site will be manually added to their organization’s Sponsor profile on your Sched Site. You can also choose to manually add and link sessions from the sponsor sites to the main site. In the future, this process will be automated via a submission and approval system.

  • What are some ideas for Shadow Events that work best for event sponsors and exhibitors?
