Can I run my event as an online / virtual event?
Yes. Your event can be easily transitioned to a virtual event. Learn more at sched.com/virtual
How do I reschedule my Sched event?
Please send an email to email@example.com. Include the subject line ‘Date Change’, your new event dates as well as the URL / link for your Sched Event site. For example – ‘Date Change, example2020.sched.com, Sept 27 2020 – Sept 30 2020’
Can I get a credit / refund for a cancelled event?
Yes, we provide credits for events cancelled due to COVID-19. You can also reschedule your event dates through the rest of 2021, at no additional cost or fees. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your situation. We’re here to help in whatever way we can.
