Billing Information #

Keep your billing information up to date.

  1. Go to https://sched.com/login and log in to your account.Image 59 2
  2. Hover your mouse over your profile and click Billing details.Image 60 2
  3. Click the Payment Method.

  4. Enter your card or direct debit details and click Add.Image 65 2

Your new payment method should then appear in your account.

Renew Early #

You can renew your subscription before the end of your billing cycle. To renew early, please reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manager or contact [email protected]

Cancel #

Cancel your subscription at any time.

  1.  Go to https://sched.com/login and log in to your account.Image 59 2
  2. Hover your mouse over your profile and click Billing details.Image 60 2
  3. In the section showing your current subscription plan, click the right-arrow icon.Image 61 2
  4. Click Cancel subscription.

  5. Select your reason for cancellation and click Confirm cancellation.Image 63 2
