Manage Profile & Sched Account

This guide explains how to manage your Sched Profile and Sched Account


Profile Privacy and Email Settings #

Choose your profile privacy and email settings.

  1. Go to your event and Login (if required)
  2. Click on your Profile picture
  3. Click on Settings
  4. You can toggle on and off the Profile privacy & email options
  5. Click Save

Sched Profile #

Create and edit your profile.

Profile Info #

  1. Go to your event and Login
  2. Click on your Profile picture
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Edit your Name and email
  5. Add in your Company and position
  6. Add a Video stream (eg. link to a Zoom Meeting, or similar)
  7. Add in your Website
  8. Add a bio to Tell us about yourself
  9. Click Save

 

Contact Info #

Provide links to your social media accounts.

  1. Go to your event and Login (if required)
  2. Click on your Profile picture
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Add in the full links to your Social media profiles (eg. https://www.linkedin.com/in/yourname/)
  5. Click Save

Connect Facebook & Twitter #

Connecting your Facebook and/Twitter accounts to Sched to will update your profile info and photo.

  1. Go to your event and Login (if required)
  2. Click on your Profile picture
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Scroll down to Social Networks and connect with your Facebook or Twitter Accounts
  5. Click Save

 

Photo #

Add or change your profile photo.

  1. Go to your event and Login (if required)
  2. Click on your Profile picture
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Scroll down to Photo
  5. Upload a new Photo or delete the existing one
  6. Click Save

Manage Sched Account #

 

Change Username and Password #

  1. Go to your event and Login (if required)
  2. Click on your Profile picture
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Scroll down to Profile info‘ and click on Update username or password
  5. Update your Username or click Change password to enter your new password
  6. Click Save

 

Remove Yourself From An Event #

  1. Go to your event and Login (if required)
  2. Click on your Profile picture
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Scroll to the end of the page
  5. Click Remove yourself from this event

Request Your Data #

  1. Go to your event and Login (if required)
  2. Click on your Profile picture
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Scroll to the end of the page
  5. Click Request your data
  6. Follow the Instructions outlined

Delete Your Account #

  1. Go to your event and Login (if required)
  2. Click on your Profile picture
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Scroll to the end of the page
  5. Click Delete your account
  6. Click Email me link to delete my account
  7. Once you receive the email, click Yes, I want to permanently delete my account
  8. It may take a few seconds to delete. When it’s deleted, you’ll see the confirmation page that says Account Deleted
