Let Speakers Upload Presentations and Files

Let your speakers upload presentation files and resources directly into Sched. Their files will be available on both your site and mobile app.

This feature is enabled by default but speakers can only upload files if you have added them to a specific session.

To disable the ability for speakers to upload files:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. In the “Speaker Tools” section, toggle off “Speakers can upload files to their session.”
  3. Click “Save.”

If speakers have a link to their presentation on Google Slides or Dropbox, they can include the link in the session description.
