How do I change/ reset/ update my password?

Delete account/ profile

You can delete your profile from within your account. You can learn more here: https://sched.com/guide/edit-profile/ If you are still having trouble deleteing your profile, please reach out to support@sched.com and the team can assist you.

 

Can’t sign in

Please first check to make sure that you are trying to log in with the same email address that you used to register for the event with. If you are still having trouble please reach out to our support team at support@sched.com

Email Questions #

 

When do the schedule reminder emails go out?

The daily schedule email goes out early automatically each morning of your event (around 2 am local time). Please remember to check that your timezone is correct in settings.

 

How do I delete/ edit/ alter an email that I have sent?

Once an email has been queued to send, you won’t be able to edit or retrieve it. It is a feature that other event organizers have asked for, so we are keeping this in mind while working on future updates. I’m not sure if or when this feature will be available, though. If you reach out to the support team at support@sched.com with when it was scheduled to be sent, the email subject, and/or who it was sent to, they can get a copy of the content once it has been sent out.

 

Can I disable the daily schedule email reminder?

Sure thing, you can disable your daily schedule email reminders here:

Although, I feel they are a valuable reminder for attendees. You can even add a custom message to the top of them. Some organizer use this as an opportunity for important reminders, lost + found, or just to share a positive message.

Can I stop a scheduled email?
It isn’t possible to stop or recall a message once it has been queued to send.

How can I see a sent email?
Sched does not keep a visible log of emails that have been sent by your event. If you do have a question about a sent email please contact support@sched.com with your question and the subject line of the email.

Tickets and registration #

 

Can attendees buy tickets using Sched?

You can use our built-in registration feature to allow the attendees to buy tickets in Sched. With this, you can enable the attendee registration form, create multiple ticket types, and collect registration fees via Stripe. Session Content #

 

Add multiple session types or add more than one type to a session 

You can only add multiple types to a session using the session spreadsheet. You will follow these steps: 1. Download the most up-to-date session spreadsheet from your event page. 2. Open the spreadsheet in Excel. 3. List multiple types in types in the type column separated by a comma. 4. Save the spreadsheet. 5. Reupload back to your event page.

How do I edit sessions?

The fastest & easiest way to edit sessions is to download, edit, and import a spreadsheet to your event’s control panel. You can look through our helpful guide here: https://sched.com/guide/add-sessions#manyatonce

 

Can you chat in Sched? Or Does Sched have Chat?

How do I re-size my photo? “The best way to re-size these into squares is to use image editing software like Photoshop to add margins and make a rectangular photo into a square. You can also use a free online tool called Pixlr by following these steps:

1) Go to: https://pixlr.com/editor/

2) Open the image from the computer

3) Image > Canvas Size: https://www.screencast.com/t/udMPwyVSPu

4) Match the width/height to the biggest number and click the center square

5) File > Save

 

Can I Batch/bulk Enroll Attendees?

Yes. You can enroll your attendees by batch in a session. Here’s a helpful guide for your reference: How to batch-enroll attendees?

 

How can I contact, message, speak to or email the Event or the event organizer? 

You can reach the event organizer using the contact using the link at the bottom left corner of your event page using the link called “Contact Organizer”.

 

How do I clone, duplicate or re-use an event?

You can duplicate a past event like this:

Delete event

For safety reasons you aren’t able to delete events in the console. Please reach out to support@sched.com and let us know which event you would like to delete, and we will be able to delete it for you.

Does Sched have custom page image hosting?

Currently, we cannot host your images for the custom page. You’ll need to host them on your own site or you can use a free service online, such as http://imgur.com

Once you upload your image, copy the image URL and paste it by clicking on this button on the custom page editor:

Can I add more than one type to a session?
Yes. You can add multiple types to a session using the session upload spreadsheet. Just make sure to separate the different types with a comma in the appropriate column.

Can I add or change passwords for attendees in the spreadsheet?

The password option in the spreadsheet will only create passwords for brand-new Sched users. It will not update the passwords of current Sched users.

Can Speakers add a video link to their session?
