Click the printer icon for print-ready views of the full schedule or just your favorites. Print versions can also be filtered by date, venue and type. It’s like having a paper guidebook customized just for you.

View the Sched site in any mobile browser and you will automatically be served the mobile optimized version. You can save a shortcut on your home screen.

Google Calendar, Outlook & Apple Calendar #

Want to make sure you don’t over book meetings during your event? Use iCal links for Apple iCal or Google Calendar and you’ll be able to see any overlaps in your schedule.

When you’re logged-in, subscription links are to your personal schedule. When you are logged-out, the subscription links are for the entire event schedule.

Sync to your calendar:

    1. Click the Mobile App + iCal icon.

    1. Choose from Apple, Google or Microsoft calendar links to subscribe to your personal schedule.

  1. Confirm the calendar you want to subscribe to.
  2. Adjust your auto-refresh settings, to ensure you get any schedule changes.

Good to know:
If your event organizer has chosen for your event to remain private (not visible to the not-invited), then you cannot export your personal schedule to your calendar.
