Let your speakers upload presentation files and resources directly into Sched. Their files will be available on both your site and mobile app.
When speakers log in, they will see a link to their tools page:
On their tools page, they can upload files here:
This feature is enabled by default but speakers can only upload files if you have attached them to a specific session.
To disable the ability for speakers to upload files:
- Go to Directory => Settings.
- In the Speakers & Moderators section, uncheck the box “Add Presentation Files.”
Speakers can include a link to presentations on Google Slides or Dropbox in the session description.
