This feature enables event planners to easily download and print attendee badges to streamline the distribution process during check-in.
Accessing and Customizing Badge Templates
- Navigate to the “Registration” tab in your event control panel.
- Locate the badge template options. These may be found under a section labeled “Badge Templates” or similar.
- Select a template that matches your desired layout and design.
- Customize the template:

- Paper Type: Choose from available options (2×4 labels, 3″x4″ badge inserts, 3″x4″ labels).
- Color Theme: Customize the font color to match your event theme.
- Design: 7 different designs that change the layout and graphics on the badge
- Role: Select the appropriate role for the badge (Speaker, Artist, Exhibitor, Sponsor).
- Display role: When selecting the role for which you want to print badges, you can use the display role option to specify additional details. For example, you can indicate if someone is an attendee and even highlight their specific type, such as a VIP attendee. This feature isn’t just for attendees—you can apply the display role option to any role within your event.
- Include a QR Code: Add attendee QR codes for easy scanning.
- Include your Logo: You can incorporate your logo by uploading it in the “Mobile Icon” section of the Appearance settings.
- Rounded Corners: Toggle rounded corners for your logo.
- Registered Only: Filter badge exports to include only registered attendees.

- Export All: Download all badge templates in a single file.
- View Test Sheet: Preview your badge design with sample names.
- View Blank Sheet: Preview a blank badge design before adding names.
- Export: Download individual badge templates.
