Sched helps you maintain an organized event by automatically detecting and flagging scheduling conflicts. These occur when a venue or speaker is assigned to multiple sessions at the same time.
To identify and resolve conflicts, follow these steps:
- In your event’s Control Panel, select Conflicts in the Schedule tab – This page will show all overlapping sessions that need attention.
- Review the listed conflicts to understand which sessions are affected.
- Click Edit next to a session to adjust its details. You can modify the time, venue, or speaker to resolve the issue.
- Once updated, the conflict will be removed from the list, ensuring a smooth and accurate schedule.
